The C-81 Pivot Star is a brand new premium soft-close hinge from DTC. Winner of a 2017 iF Design Award for ground-breaking furniture hardware design. The stepless soft-close adjustment is done via cam adjustment on the hinge arm, meaning it is easily reachable after door is installed. Improved linkages inside the hinge improve the functioning so that a reduced amount of force is necessary to open the door, despite the increase in resistance during the longer soft-close stroke.

In the event that any product Marathon sells is found to be defective in either workmanship or materials, such products shall be replaced by Marathon, free of charge, for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the products.

If a product is no longer available, Marathon will replace the defective hardware with a current offering.

Not covered by our warranty:

Incorrect installation or any consequential and/or incidental damages incurred as a result of incorrect installation.

Hardware that has been exposed to excessive loads, abused, or used in any manner other than its intended purpose.

Removal of defective hardware, delivery costs, or installation of new hardware.
